Note: The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

Women’s: 40, 50, 55, 60, 65
Men’s 40 Masters
Men’s 50, 55, 60, 65 (AA, AAA, Major and Major-Plus)
Men’s 70 AA, AAA, Major
Men’s 75

Format:
Teams will be scheduled to play five games.

Managers Meeting:
The day before play begins. Team registration (managers only) is from 5pm to 7pm at Holiday Inn Bell Tower before each managers meeting, which will start at 7pm.
Fields of play:
1. Lee County Sports Complex: 1400 Six Mile Cypress Pkwy, Ft. Myers
From I-75: exit 131 west on Daniels Parkway to Six Mile Cypress Pkwy, turn left (south) at Six Mile Cypress follow ¼ mile. Lee County Sports Complex is on your right. Turn into parking lot and fields are immediately on your left.
2. Lehigh Veterans Park: 1400 West 5th Street, Lehigh Acres
From Lee County Sports Complex: left onto Six Mile Cypress Pkwy, right (east) on Colonial Blvd. (884). Colonial will change into Lee Blvd. (884). Stay on Lee Blvd approx. 10 miles, pass WalMart and take a right on Homestead Rd. Stay on Homestead Rd (do not get on Leeland Heights Blvd), entrance to Veterans Park Fields will be on the LEFT approx, 2 miles.
3. North West Sports Complex: 1030 NW 16th Place, Cape Coral
From Lee County Sports Complex: left onto Six Mile Cypress Pkwy, left on Colonial Blvd towards Cape Coral. Proceed to Veterans Memorial Pkwy Bridge ($1.00 toll per vehicle), continue on Veteran’s Memorial Pkwy (approx.. 5 miles) turn right on Chiquita Blvd. Continue on Chiquita Blvd, cross over Pine Island Rd. and Tropicana Pkwy., take first left on 9th St. (just north of Mariner High School), you will see the fields ahead on your right, take the first right, second left into the facility.
4. BMX Sports Complex (Strausser Complex): 1410 SW 6th Place, Cape Coral
From the North: I-75 exit 136 Colonial Blvd, head west, pass Cleveland Ave (Hwy 41) continue on Colonial across the Cape Coral Mid Point Bridge ($1.00 toll per vehicle) becomes Veterans Memorial Pkwy. Continue to Skyline Blvd, turn right (north) on Skyline Blvd, cross over Trafalgar Pkwy, take first right on SW 15th St. Fields are straight ahead, go to the second street and take a left. Take next left into parking lot.
5. Cape Coral Sports Complex: 1510 Sports Blvd, Cape Coral 33991
From the South: I-75 to exit 136 West, continue on Colonial Blvd across Mid-Point Bridge/Veterans Pkwy to Chiquita Blvd, turn right (north) on Chiquita, continue to Trafalgar, turn left. Complex is ¾ mile on the right.
