Tournament Format

Note: The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

Women ages 40 through 50 dates of play are July 22-23 only.

Please note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of 3 or fewer teams within one age level and/or one skill level. SSWC will make every effort to notify managers when divisions have to be combined.

Teams will be scheduled to play 5 games

Managers Meeting: 6pm the day before play begins at Sands Regency Hotel. Team registrations (managers only) is from 5pm-6pm before each managers meeting.

Fields of play:
1. Rancho San Rafael Softball Complex - 2975 N. Virginia St, Reno
From Sands Regency: Go north on N. Arlington Ave toward W. 4th Street. Turn right onto W. 4th Street. Turn left onto N. Virginia St. continue past the University. Just north of N. McCarran Blvd on the left.
2. Don Mello Softball Complex - 455 Sparks Blvd, Sparks, NV
From Sands Regency: Go North on North Arlington to W. 4th St. Turn left onto N. Virginia St. Turn right onto E. Maple St. Merge onto I-80 East. Take the Sparks Blvd exit. Turn left onto Sparks Blvd. Left on E. Lincoln.
**No overnight parking at this facility**
3. Shadow Mountain Softball Complex - 3300 Sparks Blvd, Sparks, NV
From Sands Regency: Go north on N. Arlington Ave to W. 4th St. Turn right onto W. 4th St. Turn left onto N. Virginia St. Turn right onto E. Maple St. Merge onto I-80 East. Take the Sparks Blvd exit. Turn left onto Sparks Blvd. About 2 miles to field on right.
