Tournament Format

This is a "Ring Award" Tournament.

Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets.

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level. SSWC will make every effort to notify managers when divisions have to be combined.

The evening before play begins at 7:00 PM at the Chain 'o Lakes Community Center at 210 Cypress Gardens Blvd. SW. Team registration (Managers only) from 5:00-7:00 PM before the Manager's Meeting.

NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend will be presumed to fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting.

TOC Skills Contests (Auburndale Sports Complex): This is a free competition for individual softball skills. Prizes include a Miken bat for first place in the Precision and Power Hitting contests, a glove for the best pitcher and Tanel shoes for the fastest runner.

12:15 - 4:00 PM
Mini-Tournament (Auburndale Sports Complex): Play a couple of short 3-inning (½-hour) practice games at the Auburndale Sports Complex. Teams, limited to first 27 signing up, and individual "Free Agent" players welcome.

5:00 - 7:00 PM
TOC Managers Registration & Check-in (Chain 'o Lakes Community Center): Managers pick up final schedules, gift baskets, shirts for their players and other important TOC information.

7:00 - 8:00 PM
TOC Managers Meeting (Chain 'o Lakes Community Center): Review of TOC Rules, Awards and Schedules.
