Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Tournament Format

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level. SSWC will make every effort to notify managers when divisions have to be combined.

This is a "Ring Option" Tournament.

Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets.

Manager Meeting

Session 1: 1 hour before the first game on Tuesday, February 22.

Session 2: 1 hour before first game at your playing facility.

NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions.

Final Results

NOTE REGARDING FINAL RESULTS • The Friday and Saturday scheduled games of Session #2 were cancelled due to inclement weather resulting in unplayable and unsafe field conditions. Champions in the respective divisions were determined based on the results of Friday seeding games only. There was no bracket play in Session #2. The Men's 40-Masters division was cancelled in its entirety.
