Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the Manager’s Meeting. NO on-site player additions are allowed without Tournament Director approval before team’s first game. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, will be prohibited from beginning tournament play before check-in with Field Director and are prohibited from Roster additions.

Tournament Format
Note: The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level. The tournament director will make every effort to notify managers when divisions have to be combined.
Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets.

Manager Meeting
The evening before play begins at 7:00 PM at the Headquarters Hotel.
