Note: Senior Softball-USA charges a 4% convenience fee for all payments other than cash or check.

Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.

Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.

Tournament Format

Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.

This is a "Ring Option" Tournament.

Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets or other tourney formats.

SACRAMENTO – In an exciting new twist to the game of senior softball in the Golden State, SSUSA is kicking off a new rivalry based on some age-old adversaries.

Northern California teams will be competing in the new NorCal Cup here in June to determine who will face the winners of the So-Cal Cup (held in Hemet in July).

The winners will face each other for the California State Championships in a one-game winner-take-all contest held during the Western Nationals in Sacramento in August. 

It all starts for Northern California teams at the NorCal Cup – new this year!

And while NorCal teams are not competing, they can enjoy some great sights, food and events in Sacramento….starting with Old Sacramento, Sutter’s Fort and the Capitol and ending with some of the freshest restaurant food in the country - most of it grown within a few miles of Sacramento.
