Discussion: Survey

the spa survey was a nice thing to get there was some input by the players who play not someone telling you how it will be ask the players what they want let them decide counts homeruns and runs per innings if we have some say so then the complaining may be less because we set some of the rules

Discussion: Why so few AA teams

softball is softball no matter what division you play aa or major plus everyone still has hit run throw what 17 black said about shannon fence is true these guys should play AA and will probally win at AA they are a team with some older guys that still play because there is a place for them to compete so why should they be penalized because they do not play AAA i enjoy this game and i still go out and play with some guys who just play for the fun of it

Discussion: Update from USSSA National Convention

i agree with the use of a screen but there should not be a dead ball out if you hit the screen also no need for a helmet with the screen it is about time to protect the pitcher if the pitcher is allowed to make a play on the ball does he have to go behind the net before he can make the play if he is standing outside of the net then where is his protection we use a net in our league but the pitcher has to step behind the net before he can make a play it should be a strike if the batter hits the net not a dead ball out

Discussion: Is it too much to expect ice water in the dugout?

when our team capp steel plays we normally have two coolers with ice water and gatorade for the guys to drink dont rely on any tournament site to provide anything to drink

Discussion: Hypocrisy

we all play senior ball because that is were we are in life when you go to a tourny what bat is in your bag and what do you swing you have a choice either swing the senior bats or dont play we know what we swing are hotter than a asa 98 mph bat but we all have played long enough to also know how to hit a ball

Discussion: Ambush Review

when we were in lansing last weekend i swung my ambush the first day ball did not jump off of it like it had went back to my u2 ball came off little better but over all the ambush has out performed my ultra i would swing my ambush with a better ball what was used in lansing was a 375/ 44 but it was a dud have hit plenty with the ambush and it out performs any senior bat with a better ball
