I agree w\ you on the rerate after 2 as opposed to the three they have on the record for doing so . However they use a Philips driver with the escape goat addition to the rule 13.1(3) They 'only' 'rate' twice a year BUT reserve the right to do this at any time... in my book it isn't right. But then not all is right the last few years.
Your record really is a good one and perhaps justified depending the the score differences which is also supposed to be used.

TOKE9 Hope it works for your team. Being the only + team in the area really puts the screws to ya. Good luck. E-me: tait_ebay@yahoo.com

Discussion: What Happened To SENIOR SOFTBALL BAT REVIEWS?

I went back after posting that note and my system got booted out during the loading of the videos. Maybe the site had a bug.

You can plead your case if you can back it up with stats (books kept or the like) log it all down and write a letter to them. That is more viable that on here which really is mute. It does work if you have the info and might also include notes form umpires to those games.

Glad to read that from you both. Would really suck having to play or wait out dusty conditions those dust storms cause.
Playing in rain, wind or with the sun in your eyes is bad enough, but to have dirt blowing in your eyes and other orifices would be something else.
Glad its good weather.

Those that come seem to be quite scary for the damage that could ensue.
Take care.

read rule 13.1(3) page 75.
They 'only' 'rate' twice a year BUT reserve the right to do this at any time...
Also read the bottom RED priority post on this.
Might make it cleareeer...lol Like the rain in PHX.

Hope the "Haboobs" dust storm going on isn't affecting it... dust in the air is bad enough without a cloud of dust a few hundred fee high invading the area, as it is in PHX now.

How about buying a bat with them? Maybe some retailer or whom ever may take them.
I'd think a retailer would honer them if they sell the Reebok bat you have.

Understand the situation. My thought on it is that the rules committee needs to address the problem(s) left out but the play stands as called.
Good example of 20\20 hindsight.

Discussion: What Bat?

I'd start looking for that answer at where ever you can find who actually tested and certified that bat for which ever assn your concerned about.
But which ever ball (s) make it there is always the user in real life situations that actually ply with it in games and not a machine that takes the swings.
First off It's the user not the ball or bat. they are accomplices as it were for collateral damage or performance.
Don't know the Freak 52 but did use a Bal Freak DST I have, but it's got 9 cracks in it.

Dave,
Maybe, Maybe not, those cars are not daily drivers either.
I sure would not like a new one to break down on a trip (if this it the one) and have to worry about getting some place on time....

Never been a Nascar buff, I was street racer back then. The SCJ and 64 Vette.

At least they have a good ride. But lousy warranty across the vehicle spectrum like many other makers.
Two of my favorite cars were Fords, a 67 and a 69 428SCJ Mustang.

Check the net. Many bat seller places sell used bats as well as on Craig's List & Ebay.
Good luck in your quest for one.

Not unlike the 'fly ball' that is 'dropped' to make a double play.
