Discussion: Pickle Juice

I've heard about pickle juice from a player in Michigan but have never tried it. What volume of pickle juice do you drink prior to playing a game and do you drink it also during the game?

Will SSUSA consider another location for the Midwest Championship in 2015? A location that will draw more teams and thus more $$$$ in your pocket......

Since I'm from Southeast Michigan, I'm looking for a shorter distance than to Shawnee, Kansas.

Midwest States are: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, N.Dakota, S.Dakota, Ohio, Wisconsin.

How about we have a Midwest Championship "Eastern" and "Western"

To the SSUSA Staff: I heard a rumor that you are considering moving the Midwest Championships from Shawnee, Kansas to a location in Indiana or Illinois.......any truth to this?

I've been wearing eyeblack since I starting wearing contact lenses in my early twenties and it definitely reduces the glare and squinting and I will not play without out.

To set the record straight: Sparky did receive a possibility from our team in the requested region and we'd love to have his sponsorship. But in order to have his sponsorship we needed to agree to add a player to our team that Sparky said came with his sponsorship. After talking to some players who have played with this "comes along with the sponsorship player" I was advised not to take him on board thus the sponsorship offer was pulled by Sparky.............just saying.

Discussion: Cure for AAA after 3rd HR!

Why should AAA teams who routinely hit more than 3 homers a game consider moving up and why should anyone be concerned with a AAA team routinely hitting more than 3 homers a game BECAUSE THEY ARE OUTS AFTER THE 3 HOMER LIMIT IS REACHED. THEY ARE OUTS. AAA teams only get 3 homers a game. Who cares how many they hit for outs after the limit is reached. THEY ARE OUTS!

Really.........all you can think about is buzzing the tower if it's an out instead of a walk? Trying to jack homers or buzz the tower? Really? Is this all some on you can do?

Maybe we just eliminate the human pitcher and use a pitching machine with a screen. Jeff you can feed the ball into the machine and then field your position left or right of the machine. But we might need an onsite welder and mechanic to fix the machine during games if it gets damaged by a wicked line drive. Maybe infielder robots too controlled by the human infielders from the dugout. Maybe we just play virtual senior softball online.

For a small fee, Pricer and I will let you in on how to design a AAA team with 3 homerun limit and then outs.
