I doubt those stupid looking things are legal.

They extend the over all length of the bat beyond 34 inches.

SSUSA Staff....Input please!

Is there any date that this bat will be available to the public?

Or is this going to be like the GSC Nightmare?

Discussion: MIKEN TRIAD BLACKOUT SEHIOR BAT

So why would I waste my time and money with the Triad Blackout (90 day warranty) when a good USSSA bat breaks in just as fast or faster and has a 1 year warranty?

Interesting....

Now that I think about it, I've noticed that in other sports where speed is important, like a golfer just before hitting a ball or a sprinter running a race don't use any sort of heavy weight just before their swing or race. Also MLB pitchers don't go into a game on the mound warming up with a heavy ball before the first game pitch.

Why would I want to buy a Barrage when I read this?

To those of you who purchased Barrage bats from me recently, if you by chance experienced a breakage, contact me right away and send the bat back to me.

Swing

Your right!

It would be hard to convince me that the Barrage is that much better than the Melee Legend.

I realize the Barrage is 2 piece and the Legend is not.

But is there is any real advantage of the Barrage over the Melee Legend? IF SO, WHAT IS IT?

After reading all the above posts.

I think I will order a Reebok Melee Legend Senior bat.

It has a history.

That way I know what I'm getting is what I'm paying for!

How many and what "Tweaks" can a bat have before it's considered an altered or changed bat?

Is this bat End Loaded or Balanced?

Will there be EL and Balanced version?

Does it swing "heavy" or "lite" like the Black Centenarian?

Did you order the bat?

How much does it cost?

When do you figure to have it in your possession?

I have seen players rapidly tapping the sweet spot of a new senior bat against a metal fence pole. Not hard to notice since the tapping sounds similar to that of a wood pecker tapping against a pole.
