i had L4-L5 spinal fusion, spinal stenosis surgery in june 2011 started playing in april of this
year i do not have good side bending and lost some hitting power. before surgery i was in pain 100%
of the time although still have some pain i feel like i now have my life back. with this being my rehab year i started out slow and weak i feel i am getttng stronger with every tournament.
