| July 31, 2015 Big Mike | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: It is with a sad heart It is with a heavy heart I must pull the plug on the PNW Disabled Warriors team. I can no longer afford to do it. I thank everyone for your help over the years, but it has just gotten to expensive to fund out of my own pockets. We have tried several times to get a sponsor to at least help defray the costs a little, but to no avail. We couldn't bring name recognition, so, nothing came along. We only played an outside team maybe a couple times a month, so not a big draw. But, honestly, if you could have seen these young guys and gals pour their hearts out every time they stepped, rolled or hobbled out on to the field, your heart would just burst. We weren't good but sometimes acts of astonishment occurred, and plays made the boggled the mind. Again, thank you to everyone who helped make memories I will never forget. It has been a true blessing in my life. A bright spot for sure. |

Batcave...I was home all day! no doorbell, no knock, so you can bet your bottom dollar, I will spread the word that Bats Unlimited is not the place to buy bats. There is an old saying in retail....please one customer, and he will tell 10 people, make one customer unhappy and he will tell 100. Guess which one I am? I have been buying my bats from Alan at Team 1 for a long time with never a problem. I probably spent over 1000 bucks last year with Alan. Believe me, I will go back to him. As for getting stuff at cost, I told you who I was and who I am associated with., I was never offered at cost, at least I wouldn't have been out so much. |

I am ticked that Bats Unlimited has seen fit to cancel the investigation(for lack of a better word). Just not good customer service. I don't think it wise of me or anyone for that matter to buy from someone who doesn't do what needs to be done to help satisfy a customer. OZ40 you say leave it with a neighbor...hell, I was home! |

Bats Unlimited did as directed....the problem I have is Fedex states that the shipper must file a claim...not done...The Shipper says it's a Fedex problem. neither party will accept responsibility....so it's just me who eats it. |
| March 13, 2015 Big Mike | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Not HAPPY with Bats Unlimited! Ordered 2 bats from BATS UNLIMITED 3 days ago. A Reebok Yellow and a TOC Miken. Payed for overnight shipping as I was going to be home all day. Followed tracking online. No knock on the door, no doorbell ring, nothing. Looked at fedex.com and saw it says it was delivered at 9:20 am. went outside and NOTHING! Talked to my neighbors, no one saw the truck, no strange vehicles in the neighborhood, looked in the bush's, nothing. Today called Bats Unlimited, was told to call Fedex, did so and was told it was delivered, said it was the shippers responsibility. Called Steve at Bats Unlimited, was told it was the delivery company who is responsible. So now I'm out 400 bucks and no bats! TERRIBLE customer service. NOT FREAKIN HAPPY! These bats were to be given to my Wounded Warriors PNW team. We don't have the money to again buy bats so I guess we go without!....Thanks P.S. Filed a claim with FEDEX but was later called back and told there was nothing they could do, again told was shippers deal. |

This bat seems to take any spin away from the ball and sends screamers out there....I love my Dudley |

He has such a great line up of instructors and activities. I was wondering if there is a camp in Az or southern Cali? Who puts them on?...any help appreciated. |
