May 21, 2013 jerseyjoe285 | Topic: Bats Discussion: Illegal bat Thanks for all the responses, I did take your advice and I appealed it to the League Commissioner and was advice that my bat was legal but the issue was with another model number Z-2000 bat so I'm all good to go thanks again. I even called the USSSA office and was told ANY bat bearing the 1.20 BPF sticker is LEGAL. Im 6'1 213 LOL maybe they were intimated. So answer is the Louisville Slugger End Loaded 27 oz Model SB13ZAE is LEGAL in ASA play. |
May 20, 2013 jerseyjoe285 | Topic: Bats Discussion: Illegal bat That's the issue here I checked before I bought the Z-2000 end-load bat and they said it was legal NOW they are saying its not but the balanced Z-2000 Is legal Im just looking for a reason for the difference they are both double wall. It has all the offical markings on it 2004 ASA certified and 1.20 BPF. I just thought someone would know why it was banned and not the balanced one. |

May 20, 2013 jerseyjoe285 | Topic: Bats Discussion: Illegal bat I purchased a Lousiville Z-2000 End-loaded bat Model SB13ZAE 27 oz and NOW I have been told that the bat is ILLEGAL for use in the over 60 Senior League it has the ASA 2004 certified stamp on the barrel and the 1.20 BPF stamp on the handle. Can anyone tell me why if at all this bat has been put on the illegal bat list and if so where can I find this list. I paid good money for this bat and now its a PAPERWEIGHT? |
