Thanks Tommy- it would be an honor and a pleasure to play Git-R-Done and see you guys again- maybe I shpuld move back to Brea! Good luck to you and the team. I am getting back into the fire again after all those years of national tourneys and NIT's and running leagues, and being State Director- time to put together a senior team of my own and clone the Git-R-Done philosophy- teamwork and winning....

Topic: Bats
Discussion: What's the best bat for open tournaments?

I have swung/tested all the bats discussed here and the Reebok Barrage Legend is the best "out of the wrapper" bat I have swung so far- for distance. This bat has real pop- thanks Alan! I have the Miken Ultra II black balanced and love it. Also like the Miken Ultra II two piece balanced. Have the Miken Ultra II two piece max end load but like the balanced bats better. Love all my Miken's- but the Reebok Barrage Legend is even hotter. Just tested it for the first time and am impressed. A real pleasant surprise- can't wait for the 2014 season. The Combat Ambush is a good bat, but the Reebok Barrage is even hotter. Alan can supply both- but he should be stocking up on the Reebok Barrage!

Discussion: Reebok Barrage Legend is GREAT BAT

Hot out of the wrapper! love my Mikens, but need 200 swings to get spider webbing and true breaking in for maximum output
have grey two piece balanced, black one piece balanced and white two piece max end load and all are good- rate them this way- gray, black and then white- but REEBOK BARRAGE LEGEND is even hotter. This could be best senior bat on the market right now. Ball absolutely jumps off that bat in a few swings. Surprising pop! Thanks Alan!

Discussion: New California Based 50AAA Team

Hello Tommy- good to hear from you, Congrats on a great 2013 season- good luck in 2014. I did play 60+ AAA for a tourney team out of Missouri but am a free agent now (by choice) and would like to hook up with a team for 2014. Hitting with more power in the last couple years and pitched a shutout last year. Had 7 triples last year, so my ACL is completely healed! Say hello to the guys and good luck. KC

Discussion: New California Based 50AAA Team

I played briefly for Tommy Derocher and Git R Done in fall of 2010 (two tourneys) and I can verify that this is one of the best programs (tourney teams) that I have seen- good management, leadership, camaraderie, etc- they win because they are a TEAM- and it is ufn to hang with these guys. They have the right MISSION STATEMENT and vision. KC Jim good luck Git-R Done (wish I could move back to California!!!!!)
