Discussion: DUDLEY 2019 LIGHTNING HOTW

This year Im playing on a Dudley sponsored team and we cracked 4 brand new Ws this Sat. is some scrimmage games in less than 10 swings. They continue to hit awesome after the outer shell broke. The inner tube did not break. Dudley is replacing them and working om fixing the issue. One guy had one before Vegas last year and still has it, no issues or cracks, so I believe they can and will correct the problem.

Discussion: Knee replacement vs. Stem Cell Therapy

The cost fore me was $6000. I went thru Southern Bone and Joint in Hattiesburg, Ms. The orthopedic(Dr.Ward) did the lipo and the injections. I got a shot in both knees, my rt. shoulder and IV for 3 hours. Started the lipo at 8am and came back at 12 noon, was done by 3:30.

Discussion: Knee replacement vs. Stem Cell Therapy

Drs. told me during the consult for the stem cell injections that it would regrow cartlige, if cartlige was still there. No cartlige means no regrowth. They also said stem cell would reverse arthritis, and as for my situation, i think this is what happened. My first procudure was the steroid injection, very little help, next was the rooster cone shot, helped for about 3 months, got another rooster cone shot, nothing, then did the stem cells. After 5 weeks, doing what I wanted to do. Hope this helps.

Discussion: Knee replacement vs. Stem Cell Therapy

I had the stem cell injection this past April after 6 to 8 months of not being able to run or do ANY crossfit stuff with my legs because of bad arthritis in my lt. knee. 5 weeks after the injections, I was running again and working legs. Also, tore my rt. bicep tendon at the elbow the week before this. I am completely convinced that this procedure made my recovery 3 to 4 times faster. 5 months after having this done, I had a crossfit competition. VERY glad I spent the money to have the injections.

Discussion: How do you get fit?

I like cross-fit but it is NOT for everyone. Also running with my track team gets me ready for the outfield. Weights are also a must. As stated earlier you must allow for good recovery which takes longer now than ever before.

Discussion: What about the new Boombah Sr. BOSS bat???

Been hearing great things about this bat. Anybody swing one yet? 2 guys on our team have a 26 balanced that they say is smoking. We will find out Sunday in our practice games even though the 26 is too lite for me.

Thanks for the info, go ahead and put Southern Hurricanes in the 50+AAA. Will you have a AAA and major bracket or just group the 50+ together? It really does not matter, I was just wondering how many 50+AAA are left in this area since alot of them have moved to major this year.
