In the meantime, heading out to the batting cages around the area to see if anything is brewing up around here. Tough to find a woman's team in South Florida, so I'm going to keep trying. Am looking to play on a team, but having NO LUCK. Sheesh, looks like I may have to start a team, just as I did 40 years ago in Niles, Michigan ended up organizing an entire team & league which ended up being the first girl's softball team in Niles, Michigan--- and went on to win state championship. Can it be done again??? :) Please let me know if there is a team I can join and have a blast at the ripe ole age of 54!!! |

I'm 54 living in South Florida and looking to join a senior team. I'm originally from Michigan, lived here for 25 years and aching to play . I've worked out for about a year and got myself in shape, throwing and love my new glove. If anyone can give me info, please let me know. I'm happy as a lark to land here. :) Linda |
