Discussion: New rule for the pitcher

Any good hitter will tell you that If any pitcher pitches the ball down the middle of the plate it's going to be hit up the middle. If he pitches it inside to a righthanded hitter it's going to be pulled. If he pitches outside to a right handed hitter it going to be hit to the opposite field.

Hello everybody. I Have a couple of questions. I turn 50 in March 2006. I have heard that I am eligible to start playing in November, 2005. Is this true? Also, is the bordering states rule going to be continued in 2006? Thanks
