Discussion: Which fields at Schaumburg, Illinois?????

Hey all, You can google earth and put addresses in, then you will see where all complexs are located. They are approx 10 to 15 mins from each other. But schaumburg would be the ideal choice for Hotel reservations. Berens sports complex is in Elmhurst not to much around it but residental. Itasca complex is about the same situation.
Good luck

absolutely a great time in our lives, but we're not done yet. I started racing at the old Lyons drag strip in wilmington,Ca, in the late 50's and 60's lots of fun. I got into drag boat racing in the mid 80's, but too dangerous for me, you worn a parachute on your back in case the boat flipped, chute would open and pull you away from it.

The 10's is still very fast for a street car. Not to many can handle a street machine with that much speed, take some getting used too. I just built it for fun and pleasure, maybe to show off a little too, "lol" just kidding

The car has 540cu. One of my friends runs a pro mod 57, chevy twin turbos and I believe around 3000 horse power. It runs in the low 6.0s, mostly runs exhibition stuff for race tracks around Chicago.

I am a drag racer still!! have a 67 camaro, 1000 horses on the motor and 2 stages of nitrous. Runs 8:30's in the quarter, and is street legal everything works, use to run with the Chicago Outlaw Superstocks. Also ran a drag boat back in the 80,s, tunnel boat, ran 9:0's 121 mph. still a little crazy, but fun.

Hey Chick
Wish I could be at schaumburg indoor, but as you know or may not know, I got hit in the Florida Touney. So now on doctors care now for blood clots in my leg and knee.
Its seems theres a gene passed on by our parents that affect 5% of the white male population and 2 1/2 of the others.
You can have it all your life, with nothing ever happening to you but one injury and the gene can react in your blood clausing clots. So I will be ready for touneys , best guess is may or june.
See you at indoor ,just to visit if I get the chance.
Anyone thats wants the name of gene or imformation can contact me here or at my email address, bradley_hfc@hotmail.com

Hey wideglide
Theres a lot of tourney teams in the Chicago area. And also in the Wisconsin area too. They all could use a good player that will travel. My email is bradley_hfc@hotmail.com for any further nanes and phone numbers.

Well ! unfortunately the rating of teams doesn't work all the time. Case in point, at the Eastern Nationals a team was drop down from AAA to AA and end result was they won the tounament. I was told they had a bad tourney prior to Eastern was the reason, so some of the rules don't apply.
The best answer I can come up with is not what you know and how you play, its who you know.
