| Aug. 19, 2019 mailman29 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Neuropathy I was diagnosed 2012 with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) at age 49 I was out of work as a letter carrier 14 months due to my immune system attacking my nerves couldn't play for a couple years but thanks to plasma exchange ,rebuilding muscle I lost and a lot of physical therapy I can play at a decent level .My main issue is numbness in my hands and feet usually made worse by stress lack of sleep etc. I've tried cryotherapy for inflammation ,yoga for balance and strength issues recommend both for my neuropathy.
