JT...Senior leagues abound all over PA...Locally you have a league nearby run by Benn Miller in Mechanicsburg. There is an eight team league in Easton area. same for wilkes Barre...I know leagues are previlent around Pittsburgh.
Contact me and I'll hook you up with a few organizations...rhblues1@yahoo.com.
By the way, probably the strongest senior team in the nation playing at 50+ is from your area, Fredricks Chevrolet.

After that adventure in Burlington, I'm convinced Benn is on the "Juice". and its non-achoholic at that....he had three Inside the park shots...his legs now are shot...but he always brings great enthusiasm...he can hack with us anyday..good luck in Cape May...a few of us will be down there that weekend for pleasure, not softball..maybe we will catch you guys in the finals on sunday..

Gallerie Construction had planned on playing but since it is a 3-day tournament, we were unable to get enough guys to get off of work to play on Friday...we were just in Burlington NC for Labor day and plan to play in Phoenix but its tough for everyone still working to take days off and lose pay...perhaps a tournament of this size (9 teams at 50+) should help out us guys who are not yet retired by only going saturday and sunday...any thoughts?

Discussion: Dwindling #s in Manassas !!!??........

The best part of playing in Manassas is that if you happen to have a good weekend and win, you willhave your classification raised but you will never be recognized as a legitimate champion worthy of competing in the TOC...what's the use in playing here....bad balls, crap bats, intense heat and humidity...and for what? $400.00 or $500.00 for the ISF to play four games....never again for us..

Glen Burnie tournament is same weekend as a big tournament in Bridgewater NJ...that caused alot of teams from the northeast to make a choice and most choose Bridgewater...If Glen Burnie had scheduled week of June 2-3 instead or 9-10 both would have been a success

Hornachec. We live in New Jersey, not a tournament held within 600 miles of us that the winner was allowed to compete in this tournament. If ASA, ISSA and ISF are all part of the senior summit, how come none of their champions were allowed to compete or even be invited. All of these tournaments were held on the East Coast...Seems like the teams with limited resources who choose these tournaments on the east coast should at least be rewarded for thier efforts. Why exclude them, especially when some divisions could have used more competition. Look at how many teams from the northeast were in this tourney, especially when it was an easy and inexpensive trip from the northeast....not many....can anyone give me an answer that makes sense?
