March 3, 2006 Cobrapilot | Topic: Bats Discussion: pine tar removal I would think that the "Bug & Tar Remover" that you buy at auto parts stores would work. You may even have some sitting on the shelf in the garage. I have used soft scrub and it has worked also. |

May 13, 2005 Cobrapilot | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Armed Forced: Did you Serve? Taterman: We must have met each other as I was also in C/16 Cav. My call sign was Darkhorse 20, and I mostly flew slicks but on occasion would help out the Cobra guys and fly front seat for them. I enjoyed myself in the Cobra so much that I later got a Cobra transition and went on to Cobra maintenance test flight training and spent the rest of my career flying cobras. If you are interested, Darkhorse has a web site, http://home.jps.net/~dhcntrl. It has some great information about the unit and all the personnel. It was a great unit and it provided me with some great memories and friends. Take care and keep swinging. Cobrapilot |

Jan. 16, 2005 Cobrapilot | Topic: Bats Discussion: Ultra II Beyond 2005 I am one of the 3000, and I just did not get around to responding till now. I do feel this is an important issue and hope that the remaining 3000 also get around to it. I vote "YES" that we do keep the MIken Ultra II and keep it well pass the 2005 season. |
June 24, 2004 Cobrapilot | Topic: Bats Discussion: Freaks and Synergy 2's for sale I made a purchase from Shannon off this post and just want to say this transaction went smoothly. He is a class act to deal with and if anyone needs a reference on this board for future purchases, I give Shannon high marks. Thanks again Shannon! |

March 13, 2004 Cobrapilot | Topic: Website comments Discussion: Anyone else have trouble accessing this board? I am also having problems recently. It only happens when I go to the message board and the first screen I get is a small 2-5 line description of one of the messages. I have to hit the refresh button on the tool bar and then it pulls up the message board with all the messages displayed properly. I use windows XP and recently installed mcaffee virus scan and firewall so maybe it is related to that. I'm still not sure though because the proplem only happens on this site. |

Feb. 22, 2004 Cobrapilot | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Softball Shoes I've tried both the Tanels and the Ringors and have found the Ringors to be more comfortable to me. The Ringors also run true to size as I have bought two pairs off the internet and they have fit perfectly. Each pair of Ringors last two years for me. |
