Discussion: Phoenix weekend BP?

Let's give this another try now that it's dried out some. Anyone up for some BP this weekend? If so, let me know where and when? New to area and looking to make contact with 50+ players.

Discussion: Golden Glove Tournament - Phoenix - 2/21 - 50+

Anyone needing an additional 50+ player for the upcoming tournament in Phoenix? I'm local to Phx now and available and not affiliated with any teams yet this yr. Played out of KC before relocating earlier this month. Current SSUSA/SPA member. A "this tournament only pre-condition" would still be of interest to me. Let me know? 913.593.3480 (Russ)

Thanks John ... I'll drive out there to see if anyone's going to give it a go with the rain today. Hope to see you there.

Just rolled into town and looking for BP this weekend? Have glove and bat with me but need balls for BP. I'm in Mesa and willing to travel anywhere in the metro for BP. Let me know?

Discussion: Senior U2 - 30 oz used bat for sale

Believer in Combats and have a used U2 that I bought NIW last summer and have used sparingly. Maybe 200 hits total on it. No cracks or dings and in very good shape with all lettering. Prefer to sell locally (Kansas City) but willing to ship for right price. 34 in/30 oz Senior stamped U2. Negotiable. Call at either 913.593.3480 or email at rhacker3@kc.rr.com. Willing to trade for new Machenko Combat 30-32 oz bat either 10" or 13" model.

Discussion: Flying with your softball equipment?

Thanks guys. That helps a bunch. Do any of you insure your equipment against loss or declare a value before checking it in? I know you all said you've had no problems loosing anything ... but I'd hate to be the 1st.

Discussion: Flying with your softball equipment?

Any suggestions for flying with your softball equipment to ensure you get there with everything? Do you guys check in your SB bat bags with all your equipment in it? Can you walk on the plane with it? Or do you just take out a few things like your glove and shoes and put them into your clothing bags just in case? Do you do anything special to or with the Bag before checking it in?

1st flight with SB equipment and not sure how to approach. Driven to all tournaments so far.

Thanks in advance.

Discussion: supplements

Boston - Thanks for the comprehensive list of supplements, amounts and what your taking them for. This is exactly the type of info I'm looking for. Have you ever tried Tribulus vs the dhea? If so what were the results for you? Read that tribulus stimulates your own hormone production and that dhea shuts it down. My boys tell me that the tribulus info is bogus (they are both young athletes in their mid twenties) that it shuts your own hormone production down as well. Pretty confusing stuff.

Discussion: Divisions/Levels

New to senior softball. Can you guys give a comparision of the levels of play in seniors to those in the under senior levels? For instance: is seniors mens A equivalent to mens A in USSSA?

Discussion: supplements

Anybody out there using supplements with good results for their softball training? I'm looking for something to help with workout recovery, energy, weight loss and strength gain or retention. I know, thats a mouthful but just the same ... I'd like to know what men 50+ are taking and in what amounts. Too much variety, brands and manufacturers out there to figure it out on my own.
