| Oct. 30, 2005 kensurferca | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: phoenix results 50AAA As Manager of Redwood City Reds/Tanel, It was nice to bring the title back to CA. My team gave it everything we had, but DP prevailed. Thanks to everyone on this thread for the kind words. We look forward to playing our old rivals the Old Dawgs next year in the majors. Again, Congrads to DP Ken Montagna |
| Sept. 27, 2004 kensurferca | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: SSWC Worlds in Las Vegas: I ditto Mike, We had 35 teams in our bracket, and it was very well organized. Problems were dealt with immediately. The roster control by SSUSA lets new comers like me more comfortable about going to a national tournament. I only saw one questionable bat during the entire tournament. This gives credibility to SSUSA, and allows teams with the best skills to win fairly. Ken Montagna Redwood City Reds 50+ AAA |
