Discussion: REEBOK BARRAGE vs MIKEN ULTRA 2PIECE MAXLOAD

Just felt like I should wade in here and share that I also have been helping senior ball players with their needs and assist many with problem solutions for nearly 4 years. I also have been playing senior ball and senior tournaments since 1999. There are numerous senior players who need and get assistance that do not get on this board with follow up news as to who helped them.

I feel there is more than one good individual providing quality customer service and genuine assistance to those who are in need.
Thanks,
EA

Glad to hear from you Paul. Hope you had a great holiday and a safe year ahead to you and the entire Hanningtons team. Hopefully I'll get on with a quality team out this way. Pretty cold here in Colorado of late. Played some ball in Orlando over the holidays and that was a treat for me.
Take Care Paul!

Discussion: bats and cold weather

I would urge you to consider storing your quality bats indoors and out of the UV's as a result of the exe thermal ray of the sun. I recommend to my friends and customers NOT to hit with composite bats below 65 degrees, although I too have used mine in colder temps. As stated above, players have no control as to where the recreation department or the tournament director stores the balls. Best recipe is balls and bats stored indoors prior to playing ball.

Get well Cisco. Continue to recover down south as it is way too cold to rehab up here in Colorado. Wishing you and all the guys I enjoy playing with/against a healthy and productive 2014.

Discussion: Reebok Barrage Legend is GREAT BAT

Just returned from Florida, So. Carolina, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico and now back in Colorado.

There are some defects in the batches but a small number compared to the amount sold and as you have read above, the scenario is being taken care of if handled correctly and patiently.

I have Barrages and Melees in stock if I can be of help.

Today will be interesting. Driving to Durango, Colorado over a snow packed mountain pass. Temp right now (6:30AM) is 15 degrees. Navigate thru airports on Christmas Eve and land in Tampa at 8PM this evening. Drive north on I-75 to Ocala.

Have my gear and will play some ball if there are pickup games going on this week. Have Melee's and Barrage's with me. If you need them, give me a call.
Merry Christmas All!!!

Back to the topic of playing ball, I will be flying to Tampa on 12/24 and will be in Ocala area for a few days. I have my gear there and would like to do some BP if possible somewhere or play a game or two or three.

Also have Melee and Barrage bats there and will help you if you need one.

I too like the Barrage and it swings like a mild end load from my standpoint. I have all weights, including 30's. I will be in Florida on 12/24, then driving back to Colorado on the 27/28th. If I can be of help, call on me. Merry Christmas!!!

Discussion: Reebok Melee end load question

Kyphogt: The Melee EL is approximately 1/2 ounce end loaded and the 26 is a very popular model. The new Barrage 26 is a very mild EL and both bats are performance oriented. Reebok also makes the 26 balanced Melee and again, players like that bat.

I have not swung the Steel. If I can be of assistance, please let me know.
