Dirty, Doesn't wearing seat belts apply to the same rule? They are required. It.s nobodys business but yours if you wear them or not, but if you get caught you still have to pay a penalty. If you have children do you tell them to wear their seatbelts or is it voluntary. How does you or anyone elses not wearing them affect me. Just help with a headon collision where someone wasn't wearing them and you'll find out!

Discussion: 52-275 ball

Dirty, It doesn't make any difference to me. I hit a homerun once in a while, but, most of the time I try to get a hit. I lead off for my team. I let the other guys hit the long ball. Also, I'll just use whatever bat I feel does the job.

I also hit this ball on Field #1 using an old metal bat first. I believe that the ball came off better using this bat. Mike M told me that either bat, the composite or the metal hits well with this ball. Sad to say metal may the the future using this ball.

I was just wondering when the team ratings were coming out. I'm anxious to see if we've been moved up to AAA.

Audie, why don't you recruit some of the Jacksonville jaguars. They'll fit right in on your team. The way they play we want even check to see if they're over 50. The only way the beer will be on me is if you spill one when your opening them for us.

Audie, If your old worn out, has been football team beats us I will get up in front of the Banquet and say I am not as good as a Florida Gator! That said, I guess you took the bet on the case of beer? Course, that will only get our U.S. team started. Mcmahan can drink that many by himself! Looking forward to beating your team into a coma. Oh, Dandy Don is quarterbacking for us. Better get some speed because all those pitchers and catchers you call a softball team ain't gonna make it!

Seems the senior players From the other 49 states are going to play the seniors from Florida in a touch football game at spring training in Jacksonville. Should be easy seeing as how they know very little about football in the sunshine state. All seniors going to training and are interested in beating the brakes off this bunch are welcome.

Discussion: Congratulations Bruce!!!!

Allen, It's already tough enough being around Bruce and now you've made it impossible. Was he the only player in your league or did everyone feel sorry for him? I noticed he didn't get the award for the best physique. R.T. Mcmahan must have gotten that. He does have a pretty good women at his side. She probably deserves something for just putting up with him.

Southpaw, Kayson's 55 is no longer together. However, some of us do have something in the works. Would like to play just to get the practice. If you here of anyone needing a player let me know.

I would like to play if someone needs a player. I bat left handed and play infield or outfield. Played with Kaysons 55. Never hurts to practice.

Discussion: IT APPEARS THAT SOME SENIORS HAVE NO RULES.

Bruce in Georgia, I can remember back in the 70's when teams played on 4 fields in league play and for the night there may have been 4 homeruns combined for the four fields. Now, I go play church league and there are 8 homeruns per field. The change has been the equipment. I no the elite teams are going to hit homeruns but given the equipment from the 70's how many major + teams would there be now?

Gary 19, Why do you comment on something you don't Participate in? You haven't played enough senior tournaments to have a good opinion.

Taits, My wife is my biggest fan and the only one I need to impress. But, we always have a good showing from wives and girlfriends. As far as fan base goes softball at any age is not what it use to be. But senior softball is growing every year. That's because the largest group of players came from the 60's and 70's. I remember when Albany georgia had 350 total teams in the 70's. This year they had 10. Kids just have more to do than play ball.
