Jan. 13, 2008 BOBBY 12	Topic: Tournaments Discussion: letting team in toc that finished 2nd so you can have more team in the bracket were there is only 2 teams. i just don't understand that if the winning team alread has a berth to the toc, why not allow the berth to be passed down to the 2nd place team. i do not think anyone would have a problem with this,
