I've broke out my Worth Green EST C405,, This bat is 9 yrs old,,will hit any ball in any conditions, and NEVER BREAK!!And probably only gives up 10-20' ft in Distance, to a Composite.Bring back this Bat and the core 47. Super Blue Dot or the 47. Dudley Thunder,and the distance would match a composite. Players could save a lot of money. |

Playing right field, went back on a shot deep, started, back peddling ,, caught it at the fence,at the same time,it sounded like a Wolf Pack was fighting over the last bone of the day.A lady had 2 giant shepherds and was watching the game behind rt. field,, when I went back,I scared them, they rushed the fence,growling and snapping,I stood, and stared in disbelef ,, our right center fielder is screaming throw in the ball, throw in the ball, The guy on 2nd tagged and scored, the guy on first tagged and went to 3rd.I proably would have been better off to hit my head and get knocked out!! lol. |

| Aug. 6, 2012 hoovedog | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Heat After Playing in College Station Tx. several weeks ago with a heat index of 105, I experienced cramps so bad I couldn't drive home. Have done Pickle Juice, Potassium & calcium supplements, with no success. Then I read an article about Magnesium being the key to unlock the muscle to allow calcium and potassium to do their job. I took 800 mgs of Magnesium and 400 mgs of Potassium a day before and during playing at Plano Tx this weekend. The heat index was 104 all 3 days. Played outfield all 5 games, and pinch ran at least 10 times Not one cramp anywhere, has anyone else tried Magnesium?? http://www.livestrong.com/article/525008-cramping-magnesium/ |
