| Nov. 19, 2008 apraisr | Topic: Product review Discussion: Nokona gloves I have a 13" Nokona glove and love it. I have had it for about a decade and it was not that hard to break in ( as opposed to others). I am looking at purchasing a new glove and will be considering a Nokona but will look at other brands too. I will probably stay at 13 or drop to 12.5. I pitch but dont like the big 14 anymore. |

| April 17, 2007 apraisr | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Any other results from B'ham? Gentlemen, I was one of the umpires on friday and saturday. I must admit I was in awe of the calibur of play by all the teams. All the games I saw and umpired showed that no matter what age group was playing each individual on each team always gave 100% no matter what. I hope in the future if this association plays in birmingham that our umpiring team gets the pleasure of calling your games. All the players were helpful and courteous reguardless of the calls. Even when calls were questioned it was still done in a professional manner. Good luck to all the teams in the future and hope to see them in the future., Gil Strong |
