Are you still looking for players?
I'm not sure if I'm a AAA+ player or not since I haven't played on a senior team as yet and have no way to guage what the different levels mean and how I fit in. But I'm a good player on an upper division city team in Salinas, CA. Been playing softball for at least 25 years now , baseball before that. I'm in great shape and have good speed. I hit line drives, not home runs. I play outfield and a little second base. Have also played first. Right now, I'm the catcher on a team of 25-40 year old studs. Where is your team located? If interested, my e-mail is calcatera@comcast.net

George, thanks for contacting me re. the Reno Tournament. Sorry I couldn't hook up with you last weekend. Hey, I just noticed that you are tournament director for a Vacaville CA tourney first week of July. If you hear of any teams looking for an extra player (I don't mind being in a back-up role) let me know. Thanks.

I'm 53, in excellent shape, and still playing (slowpitch) locally with/against age 25-40 "young guns." Looking to join a senior tournament team that plays mostly in California. (But willing to travel just about anywhere.) I live on the Central Coast in Carmel Valley, just a few miles from Monterey. Can play the outfield, second base, or first base. I hit line drives, not homeruns. Still have good speed. email calcatera@comcast.net
