The opposing pitcher said to the umpire walk the next 4 batters causing the 5th to score.Getting an extra at bat.The walked off the field. I complained the umpire did not know the rule. |

Run in shallow pool works great. I am 74.I tried braces , injections, waste of time.No matter what you do total replacement is going to happen get it done so you can get started getting better. |

I cut a piece of carpet and glued it on so it would not move. I also painted it white much easier for the pitcher and Umpire to see. |
| May 22, 2018 J R | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Heart of Texas - Georgetown I played in this tournament.The umpiring was bad for us we had the same umpire for all our games.He had no clue,if the ball reached the plate it was high enough.The ball as usual was bad broke down it the Texas heat.I guess we we use the old red stitch Trump until our Texas Director runs out. Overall needs help |

They will not give up league play.You have to be off fields by 5 o’clock. . Not sure about Dallas.Austin does not care. They give no break on rooms..City of Austin they get all they need in visitors money..I would not go to El Paso. |

The only real fix is replacement.I had one in 2010 .The 2nd was when we played with Hill in 2012. Every surgeon will tell not to play softball..I am having the original re replaced in January.You can play softball.The only problem is it will shorten the life of the replacement .The glue wore out and came loose. Google Makoplasty. Robotic Knee replacement.Less invasive.Shorter recovery. I played league ball 4 days a week plus umpiring..So I was ok with the seven years.Knee replacement has come along way .Only one night in the hospital. Jack R. |
