Question already answered. you must have missed it

[1] The "new" ball is now the "official" ball and will be used in all except two events on our annual tournament calendar ... We are obligated by contract with our partners LVSSA to use "The Rock" ball for the LVSSA/SSUSA World Masters and LVSSA/SSUSA Southwest Championships events ... The three remaining other events on the 2018 Season schedule, the Southern, Northern and Rocky Mountain Championships will use the new ball ...

[2] We may initially restrict sales for immediate availability, or limit quantities, to ensure the demand for our Tournament consumption isn't compromised by those outside sales ...

I have never used a senior bat.I've used the same worth bat since 2008.Bought it new. It must have 5-6000 hits on it.It took a while to get there but,it as Hot as any Senior bat.

Swing.I gree with you 100%.It may take more break in time from one bat to the next but, they all will eventually get there. It just takes time to break them in and most want the bat "hot out of the wrapper" and won't or don't want to take the time.
I personally have never swung a senior bat in tournament play. Have used the same bat since 2008 and it is as hot as any senior bat out there.

Melee is a Melee no matter who you buy it from. If you pay more the 159.00 you paid too much.

Discussion: White Centenarian Short barrel

My white centenarian was hot and durable but,the paint was chipping and I wasn't allowed to use at a few tournaments-SPA Dalton being one of them.Tatooball asked in this same thread that I send it back for a replacement which I did.Once he received bat his contact silent. I guess that his word has chips in it too.I'd settle just to have the original bat returned to me. Still waiting....

What I can't understand is why we keep "pushing the limits"
When is enough, enough? Is "more" really better ? Why is every bat judged on Homerun distance?

Well I have one with the small knob that has the paint issue. I bought it from Kevin earlier this year. At the time he said that the smaller knobs bats were all gone and couldn't / didn't replace it. Still have the damn thing and not being allowed to use it.

Our team bought two the the Red Miken endloads and they both hit like a wooden bat.I don't swing Senior bats but,did swing these two just to verify what the rest of the guys were saying.Even after sevral hundred swings bats are still DUDS.

Don22 I agree that you are not being unfair.I had a Senior bat last just six swings.Marketed to be more durable, I surely expected it to last an entire weekend.
It wasn't a Combat and I was aware of "no Warranty" but, it's all about $$$ not being ethical. You can best beleive that I won't purchase another.
"No WARRANTY" equals "Buyer beware"

Discussion: Best Method for Breaking in a new composite Senior Bat ??

HJ "approved method" ???? OK...
85 degrees . 6 at bats and we were hitting a ASA 47core 300 compression ball on saturday.Obviously he never got to the stated and "required" 25 swings whether they were game or practice swings. Can't see where he did anything adverse to your so called "approved method".

Surf ,I will have him contact you. Thanks

Discussion: Best Method for Breaking in a new composite Senior Bat ??

A team mate of mine bought the Reebok melee. We played a tourney this weekend temps in the mid 80's. He took it out of the wrapper at the tourney used it. Bat lasted 6 game swings. My point is no matter how you break a bat in or what the temp you should expect any bat to at least last an entire tournament.
