| Feb. 28, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: Bats Discussion: New Blue Combat You got it Bruce. No clear coat. No webbing.I haven't bought a new bat in a while but, the first thing I do is remove the clear coat. |
| Feb. 27, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: Bats Discussion: New Blue Combat canjack.Webbing is what is commonly viewed as a a sign that your bat is breaking in, but no bat has to have webbing,no matter what kind of bat,no matter what kind of bat. |

| Feb. 20, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: Bats Discussion: New Blue Combat Lefty I may be full of shxT, but I think webbing leads to the premature demise of bats. There is a way to prevent bats from webbing.None of my bats have webbing.2008 model bats with 1000 swings no webbing no cracks. |
| Feb. 19, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: Bats Discussion: bats ju 25-I have swung them all. The Mikens, all of the Combats and the new Reebok, but never swung either in a game.I just use what I'm comfortable with-personal preference. If I were to swing a senior bat it would be the Red Max Load Ultra. |
| Feb. 19, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: Bats Discussion: bats I have never swung anything other than a USSSA bat in senior ball.Once broken in a USSSA bat is as good any senior bat.I played the World Series too. No senior bats. big cat- my choice of current bat models would be the Miken Pysco-Denny Crine Model and if you can get your hands on one the Louisville Voltage 73V.Banned in ASA but still ok for U-Trip and Senior ball. |
| Feb. 15, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: Bats Discussion: Recommend a hot bat Marv 19. tha bats may be made in China but, the bat Companies are still US owned and controlled. If you honestly believe bats are less durable because there made in China ,I think that you have another agenda. For anyone to disagree with Gary19 that technology has not, is not and continues to aid in our performance. You have another agenda as well. There is not a need to be in "attack mode" because my expressed opinon or an opinon of another board member differs from that of yours. |
| Feb. 15, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Playing 2 age groups I've done played in two age groups the past two seasons. Bruce is correct. The only issue is your first team commitment and timing. |

| Jan. 25, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: Bats Discussion: Freak Plus Players Model 2011 I don't swing Mikens but have heard that the Freak 98 is a good ASA bat.Bullet get with me on the 98. Our Senior league only allows ASA bats. I might be interested espcially if it's an older model. You know I don't buy the new bats. |

| Jan. 21, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: USSSA The SPA tourney is only AA - AAA. |
| Jan. 17, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Bumped UP Gary 19.I agree with your "Play the best comment".We'll show up to play. It's just a puzzlement as to how the move up rule is applied sometimes. In 2009 we win the Northern Nationals and the TOC and don't get moved up.In 2010 we don't win a Summitt tournament but get moved up? Lefty our team is Doug and Dons(MI). Bullet,I still waiting to hear on 55 too. After talking to a few of the 55 guys It sounds like that I don't have a choice but to play 50. No one wants to commit to Manange 55 and as spread out as we all are we definately need a manager. |
| Jan. 16, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Bumped UP Though we didn't win anything in 2010.Our team just got our bump up to Major letter from the association.Any other teams get a letter? |
| Jan. 5, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Fields in TOC Yes stick is correct.Fields are nice.Last year we used Winter Haven for 50AAA. |
| Jan. 4, 2011 SLOBALL1 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Fields in TOC Michigan Vet. Are you guys going? I thought that there were a few that couldn't make it? |
