We loved to have you back with your pitching & hitting skills. Thank you for your kind words. Assume you are on a Team, if no, you should be! When next we meet would like to hear about your Far East Adventure, hoping all went well for you and your wife. Let us know when next you come out west to play in a Tourney

Andy you are spot on in suggesting that So Cal Teams make a good showing in the Cal Cup. Although the Cal Cup and Western Nationals are a little close in the scheduling for our comfort zone, Git-R-Done Teams are expected to make a good showing of Teams this year in the Cal Cup, God Willing. See you in Phoenix ? Tomar

Duke, that would be correct ! Git-R-Done 55 was able to claim the Championship :O) It was a pretty tight Tourney any of the Teams could have won. The Ball was Dead, due to heat & humidity. We were able to adjust our game, (no HR's out of the park), and played outstanding Defense. Our Defense in the end made the difference.1st AAA win for us ! So feeling good. Thanks.

Hey Duke, Martha & I hope that you are doing well! I also believe that rotating the Cal & Western's between the North & South of CA would likely increase the # of Teams. Tough to convince my guy's to Drive the 99 or 5 Fwy's twice to SAC, with-in the 6 weeks they are currently played. Also as far as playing in other states Colorado, Washington , etc. I am personally not opposed, however the Player's on the 60 & under Teams, most still work. Only so much vacation time to spread around. Yes, 1 Day can make a difference.

Have to agree, we played at Howe Community Park, grass was too tall there as well. Nice community Park would have been a plus if the grass was mowed. Fields were otherwise acceptable. Can't expect that we are going to play at Eagle Sports Complex? (Reno), every Tournament. Shout out to "G.O." who did an outstanding job of running our Tourney. Thank's also to our Competition, who in the end make the Games worthwhile!

Congrats, to the Desert Dawgs who won the AAA 55 Division in the Spring Worlds. They came out ready to take it to their competition and they did. Well deserved. Looking forward to continue our local rivalry back in the neighborhood.

Discussion: Please send you thoughts and prayers... for the RUDY FLORES FAMILY...

God Bless, the Flores Family. We are shocked and saddened at the loss of our fellow Senior Softball Player. We were at the Spring Worlds, the sad news swept through the Tournament, I am certain it gave all of us pause in consideration of our vulnerabilities. It truly does affect our Community when we lose one of our own. May Rudy's Family find some comfort in that we share in their loss and find solace in God's Hands.
