I heard the same thing, but did they make them more duable? I hope so, and I won't buy one until I get alot of feed back from players that did buy the new ones.

Bat wise,
Did you even read any of the posts? Read what batguyaz has to say about a comment from a rip-it rep.

"I have only seen 'homerun Bill' on fields twice in the past month or so. I understand he is very busy with college softball and dealer stuff. My guess is busniess is very good and told me with a wink that all will be well soon will our desires to use the senior elite in SSUSA tournaments. So that means they will have something ready to go soon or he wants to ask me out on a date."

Discussion: Rip It Elite Question, Re: Sanctioning by SSSUA

This is what I am talking about, while playing in florida I had the chance to buy a rip-it, the guy told me they would be legal in a week or two. Well that was last year, I didn't but it and glad I didn't I would have had a bat I couldn't use in senior ball.
I did buy a combat from this site and I love the bat so much I bought an anti-virus. At least I got the bats I wanted for the associations I play. The guy in florida is from N.C. and is a rip-it rep. I have never seen him again and would be upset if I had bought one. I think they need to be honest with us as consumers. Like I said why should there be any rumors? You all seem to somebady at rip-it and they should look at this board, let them tell us what the truth is.

I don't beleive rip=it is being very forth comming on this. I will not buy one until they have made a truthful statement about this. The rumors are: Why should there even be any rumors. Come on rip=it tell us if the damn bats are going to be legal or not. If not stop telling people you are working on it in order to sell bats.
Thats no way for a start up company to treat their customers, you will only make us disappear by lieing to us.

By the way the new anti-virus is all the bat I expected after hearing the hype, kudos to combat.

I don't believe you will ever see it approved for senior play. Combat is the company that makes the bat is not stupid enough to compete against itself.

If you think this is B.S.
GOOGLE: canadian terrorist immagration. There are many articals on the facts, I hope you have a month to read them all. I am not against Canada what so ever but these problems have been around for many years. Our good friend to the north was shocked about not getting into our country and his country has been doing this for at least 20 years that I know of. Sorry about telling the truth!!!

Discussion: Border Troubles

Well there sure is more to this story. Canada has been doing this same thig for over tweenty years. Many years ago our team was traveling to the pif tournament in Sherbrooke canada. One of our players a dui charged against him 6 years prior and they turned him back. We had to leave him in Vermont for the weekend near the border and pick him up on our way back. This was in the 80's before all of the terrorist. In order for him to travel with us the following year he had to go to NYC to the Canadian embassy and fill out a mountain of paperwork and pay 500.00. Well he just decided not to go instead.
That policy is still in effect if you are going to Canada today.
Now don't get me wrong I like to go to Canada and I like playing ball in Canada but their policies are not very good.
If you watched 60 minutes about 4 months ago they had an entire story about gaining asylum in Canada from known countrys that harbor terrorist. This is how easy it is for terrorist to get asylum in Canada. Get on a plane and fly to Canada, while in flight go to the bathroom and tear up all of you documents, when you land in Canada go to immagration in the airport and ask for asylum. They will get your name off of the passenger manifest and give you papers to stay in the country legally. This takes 45 minutes.
Most of the terrorist that have done crimes against the U.S.A. came through the Canadian border at some time. If you can remember back a year or two they caught terrorrist comming through the border in Washington state with explosives.
Agreed a sad day for you and your wife I feel bad for you, but what has Canada done to help the world to secure all of our borders? It is a global problem with no real answer, and many innocent people suffer for the guilty.
GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS

You might want to read more message boards about this bat, mine broke right at the connection piece. it hit well for about 30 swings the snapped. They said they would replace it once and not count it as a warrenty but what if it happens again.

Discussion: Why did Miken Change????

Foothills,
like everything it is a prefrence, I hit the ball better and farther than the u-2 or u2-advanced. So it may not be the bat but the person swinging it. My u2 advanced broke in under 50 swings, my combat is still going strong with over 700 swings on it.

Stoneman
I don't know what you are smoking but my virus/anti-virus are no where near the same bats as my senior bat. The virus/anti-virus are the best non senior bat I have but the senior is far superior to both of them.

I also have a virus and anti-virus that I bought from a website in minn. I can't remeber which one? Both of these bats hit the same to me and I think once they are broken in they a comparable to any legal bat out there, freak, synergy, etc. But they are both far less than the anaconda bat.

I have the anaconda sports bat and it is as good as any ultraII I have ever swung and it is much more durable over 700 swings and no problems yet. I do expect it to break sometime but who knows when. I also have two backups that I bought and broke in for when it does break So far I am very happy with this bat and the people I dealt with at anaconda sports.

Santo, I understand that this is just your opinion. I too have swung the bats you list, the best bats are the miken and the combat. I personally like the combat over the miken but that is my opinion, the other bats you have mentioned are not even on the same planet as these two. I also prefer the virus over the other little boys bats that you mentioned. Maybe it is the endload. The jeff hall mayhem only lasted as long as the combat I am still swinging.
Shake your head your eyes may be stuck.

Kel,
They may be advertising them but I just tried to order on out of cuiosity and they are all out of stock. I have a combat from anaconda and I will not swing anything but this until someone can beat the performance and durabilty both.

The yellow one is not legal anywhere thats why I got a combat. My new u-2 advanced broke in 50 swings so I am sticking with the combat. I think it hits as well as the u-2 but hasen;t broken yet with 500-700 swings on it. I was hoping the new u-2 would be durable.

I was hoping that the new advaned bats had been fixed to last alittle bit better than the old ones but........
My new one broke after 50 swings and it was 80+ out and low comp balls.
