Discussion: BLOWN HAMSTRING REPAIR

are you ready Gunny:
get to a place where you can run.
run backwords untill your hammy tightens up This might only be 75-100 yards. Do this everyday for 5 days. You will go a little ferther everyday. on the 6th. day totally rest
You possibaly be ready bt day 7. Be sure to include a backwords run of 100 yds or so in your worm-up before the game from now on. Be sure to streach too, feel it in your hammy and not in your calf
Remember when your birth certificet gets brittle, so do you.
take it from an odl softball player who plays soccer too.

Discussion: oldest player?

Who is the oldest regular player? So far I have found a Harald "Bud" Banker from Pittsburgh PA d.o.b. July 25, 1917 which makes him 90 this year. He is on a team in a 55+ league and plays every game. He is wondering if there is anyone older then him on a egular team, if so who and where are the from.
