Oops. Did not know Don Mello was torn down. My Bad. I guess the "Carpool to Carson" tournament continues.

Discussion: ROCK n RENO - TENTATIVE LOCATION ASSIGNMENTS

I believe the Don Mello complex has been used the last couple years for Rock 'N' Reno. There is no mention of it on this years Field LIst. Just guessing, it is less expensive to rent the Centennial Complex than Don Mello. Major problem with Carson is, there is not the quantity of lodging there is in Reno. If you stay in Reno and have an early game followed by a later game you are either stuck in Carson or must ride back and forth a couple times from Reno. This tourney is called Rock'N'Reno not 'Carpool to Carson'. It would be nice if all divisions played in Reno, and with the addition of the new Golden Eagle Complex, there doesn't appear to be a reason for this not to happen.

Lost a couple of players. We could use 2-3 players AAA+. Plan on playing the SSUSA (Reno Twice), Calif. Cup, Worlds and NCSSA (Reg + Championships) . If interested contact gary_detches@hotmail.com.

Thanks, Gary Detches (MGR)

Discussion: Nor-Cal Team Looking for 50+ AAA/Major players

Nor-Cal Legends could use a quality middle infielder, outfielder, and utility player.

Requirements: 1) Must be able to tolerate a lot of fun. 2) 600+ hitter would be nice.

The Majority of our players reside in the Paradise/Chico Calif. area with players in Sacramento, Dixon, and Kelseyville. We plan to play 4 SSUSA and 8+ NCSSA Tourney's. (Currently ranked #6).

Nor-Cal Legends are a SELF SPONSORED Team. However if you know of a sponsor looking for an excellent 50 AAA+ Team, don't hesitate to contact us.

If you want to have a lot of fun, and play great softball, contact me at gary_detches@hotmail.com.

Thanks Gary Co-Manager.
