| Aug. 27, 2009 JMM | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Torn Bicep Tendon I completely torn mine about 6 years ago swinging a bat. I had surgery two days later and was told the rehab would take six months. I started playing again after the six month layoff. It took quite a while to get my power stroke back, but I think that was more mental then physical. I have been play pain free since I came back. Luckily, it was not my throwing arm. I probably would have been scared to throw hard if it was. |
