Discussion: Looking to join a team for the TOC Qualifier in Polk County, FL 31 MAR 12 event.

I am seeking a number or coach to call to inquire if a position is needed for this tournament. Previously played for Hollis Appraisals (2009), Harry Hill Line Drive (2008, 2011), Team Augusta (SPA), etc. My employment has prevented playing on wekends for past two years.

I booked a room through www.priceline.com for the Hilton, 8 Perimeter Road, about 5 miles from Liberty Park for $44 and night. The room is usually $99 per night according to the Hilton website. You must select 3 star rating in zone 4 of Birmingham. E-mail me at myerslm@windstream.net if you need help. Total cost for 2 nights $109.12. I hope this message doesn't get me into a lawsuit or something...

Discussion: Calling out the SSUSA staff

Brian, what's the heartburn? You hit with me at the SPA NAT's HR Derby last year. Why don't you play Major Plus? You must hit down to stay where you are at and I don't believe it's your normal swing to hit the ball down. Didn't your team the 'Pub do very well last year at the 50+ AAA Championships in Dalton? If we go by what you and I are used to in the young ball the 'Pub would've been moved up to a higher division for winning a National. Also, the Senior Circuit isn't what you and I are used to (being the young ones just turning fifty) in the young ball. It seems the norm in young ball to sandbag, shave a bat, hit the middle but not in the 50+ circuit. It's differnet here. Well it's just my two cents... oh yeah what did the SSUSA Staff respond with? Anything? They must not look on here. See you in Dalton Big Man. Hey by the way, how does your head not get sunburn wearing the visor?? Look forward to seeing you in the future. Mike Myers.

Major+, Major, AAA it's all the same - competition. That's why some of us still play instead of spending the $$$ on a Skeeter Bass Boat and compete in fishing tournaments, ha ha.

Thanks Steve, enjoy Florida's Gulf Coast. Firebird680hp... played with Harry tonight and he's working it. I got another tournament for you to go with me and some guys from JAX to Ft Myers in late November. I called my guy and left a message but he hasn't returned the call yet. I bought a Worth 510 for $115 on e-bay and they have more if your interested.

Southpaw, what's up Steve?! Good to see you on board, next year is always up in the air but names continue to go on a list of prospects. You know with Robert playing with us we could go Major-Plus!

I begin Senior Softball with the Winter Nationals in NOV @ Ft Myers, FL. I am looking to pick up with a team playing in Major or Major Plus level. I believe the team must be from FL, GA, or AL. I have always played infield but probrably need to play outfield now. If you have a competitive team I am interested. Please e-mail me. Thanks.
