| April 1, 2010 VINNY LV | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Sunglasses hey Jano just go to your local welding supply store and you can check them out personally.. bought the 5.0 and can look straight into the sun unlike other glasses.. they're stylish lookn to.. it's the so called engineers that should think of these things when designing the layouts of these complexes.. maybe they should consult ballplayers instead.. hope this info helps |
| Feb. 24, 2010 VINNY LV | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: major/aaa from what I understand there should be no problem.. check with SSUSA to make sure.. don't take anybody elses advice.. |
| Jan. 18, 2010 VINNY LV | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: One of the umpires at Menifee I'd like to add my .02 about the ump @ Aldergate this weekend.. He was absolutely horrible. He never moved from behind home plate the whole weekend.. Thought he had squters rights on that spot to left of plate, he never moved.. His strike zone was very inconsistent also. kept asking him about the height and his response would be it was right there, then the next batter he would call illegal on same pitch.. thats all folks |

I understand the Iron thing with the brain cells along with a few other goodies.. yuk, yuk. where you @ now and who you play for?? I'm playn for Titans 55 out of So Cal..maybe we can chat sometime Double 10,, thought Roger played a little senior ball with Pgh gold team.. Dirty,, they couldn't get it by Louie even if they did try middle.. some of the things he said to guys I don't know how he wasn't always fightn his way out the parks.. but I guess thats where uncle Harry came in |
| Dec. 30, 2009 VINNY LV | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Ghost's of yesteryear.Where are you? birdie & hitman did yinz know Big Harry that traveled with Jim's Sport Shop back in the day,, also where did yinz live in the Burgh ?????????? |
| Dec. 30, 2009 VINNY LV | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Ghost's of yesteryear.Where are you? yinz guys are absolutely right about Loe Delmaestro, he was the craziest pitcher of his time and another blast from the past is his team mate.. Big Paul Tomasevich.. He could hit with the best of the guys back then using the wood bats.. they're both where they belong in the ASA HOF.. the balls he hit out ouf McGee field in the Burgh may well be still traveling.. Jimmy Messmer was ss on Marodi's team.. he was a great player in his day also.. The Snatchko bros. out of the Burgh were pretty good players of their time, doubt if any of them ever played senior ball, maybe Roger Snatchko did ???? |

| Sept. 16, 2009 VINNY LV | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Car Insurance James, better check around.. 1st off you shouldn't be carrying full coverage on vehicles that old if you don't owe on them.. we live in Vegas where ins. is double what Pa. was and only pay 1600 a year for full coverage on 06 Chev. HHR and a 2010 Chev. Camaro.. Ins. thru GMAC. We was with UNitrin and it went down. Oh by the way I'm 57 & wife is 42,, no kids on policy but still that's a big difference.. I know living in Vegas ins. is one of the highest in the country.. Good luck looking, but keep checking you will find something alot cheaper.. |
