| Jan. 21, 2011 John27 | Topic: Bats Discussion: Has Anyone Else Had Problems With The Reebok ME'LEE Legend Senior Softball Bat Because Mine Cracked After 45 Hits Any Durability Problems? Mine broke after 60 swings. Shipped it to the Reebok Rep for evaluation. I'm still awaiting word. Hopefully they will do the right thing. |
| Jan. 18, 2011 John27 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: HOW ABOUT; BROKEN REEBOK THREAD I agree, there will be some duds in every batch. I am not on here to badmouth the bat, just to share my experience and see if anyone else had like results. I don't see why anyone should have a problem with that. It did hit well. I was told by some good friends how durable the bat is and I believe them. It is just my luck to get a dud. I have been in contact with the Reebok reps in my area and am awaiting word on my bat. |
| Jan. 17, 2011 John27 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: HOW ABOUT; BROKEN REEBOK THREAD I was told to ship my broken Reebok to the east coast distributor, Jim Byme in Mass. Have not heard anything yet. |
| Jan. 15, 2011 John27 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Bats I have 2 Combat MM's that are a year old with plenty of swings on them, in the same time period I have broke 2 Ultra's and 1 Reebok with hardly any swings. Makes me wonder, but I will say I have had Combat MM's that have not lasted either. I wish they could take some of the pop away for more durability. The problem is they know we will keep buying more until something better comes along. |

| Oct. 10, 2007 John27 | Topic: Website comments Discussion: Rotator cuff JTW12, I had rotator cuff surgery in July of 2004. I had dislocated my shoulder and had a significant tear of the rotator cuff. About 4-6 weeks after the operation the pain went away and I started the rehabilatation process. I was going to rehab 2-3 times a week for about 2 months. The rehab specialist was the best and pushed me hard. I took some batting practice in November 2004 with no pain, but did not start playing again until late spring of 2005. I usually play ss but moved to 2nd until I was sure my arm was good. By the summer of 2005 I was back at ss and my arm still feels fine. It's probably 90% of what it was, don't quite have the same velocity, but at 52, I'm thankful to be playing. Rehab properly and you will be rewarded. Good Luck! |
