Final 2004 Ratings
Updated June 15, 2004
Go here: www.softballrating.com

Final Ratings have been determined by the National Senior Softball Summit Ratings Committee. Under the 2004 Summit Agreement, these organizations have agreed to adopt the Ratings: ASA, USSSA, ISA, LVSSA, NSA, SSUSA, SPA, ISSA/ISF and the Huntsman Games.

Teams winning first place or second place (in divisions of 4 or more teams) in national and world championships were raised up one skill level for 2004. Teams may appeal their ratings after playing in at least three national qualifiers or tournaments to the National Ratings Committee. Final Ratings will be periodically updated until the last National Championship tournaments have been completed in October. According to the 2003 Summit Agreement, the Ratings Committee will approve Major-Plus Rosters.

If you have any information about changes in team names, disbanded teams, or teams that have moved up in age group, please contact one of the three Ratings Committee Members.

Appeal forms forms must be mailed to each of the three National Rating Committee Members listed on the form. Appeals MUST include: 2003 and 2004 Rosters, records of at least three major qualifying tournaments, including win-loss and opponents and scores of each game.

Bruce, your message was entered into the system only once. But this page was displaying it twice. I have fixed it for now. Please let me know if you see this problem again. Thanks. -scott.

This board has been reorganized. New replies will move discussions, or "threads," to the top of the list. This way it will be easy to see which discussions have the most recent activity.

For example, a months-old message would normally be far down the list. But now, if someone posts a reply to that old message, the thread moves to the top of the message board.

Hopefully this feature will make the message board easier to use. Please post comments and suggestions. Thanks.
