| Oct. 19, 2011 #19 | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: Balls wagon ... I guess he's expressing his opinion, just like you do. |
| Oct. 6, 2011 #19 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Player needs prayers Sending positive vibes to LP and Connie. #6-Good to see you back! |
| Oct. 4, 2011 #19 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: where is the beef??? It's gotta be the competition, because I have no memory! Birdie ... I think I had a relative who used to play for NV Force when they were a 55 team. |
| Sept. 30, 2011 #19 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Change Webbie ... I don't have a problem if 3 dingers are the maximum ... But, I think Pricer might be suggesting something a bit different. |
| Sept. 30, 2011 #19 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Change Pricer ... You don't see the difference between a team that scores 5 runs using 10 batters in an inning, and a team that scores 5 runs using 5 batters in an inning? ... Please explain your thinking ... Thank you |
| Sept. 30, 2011 #19 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Tournament in Georgetown, TX If it's round, I'll swing at it!!! |
| Sept. 30, 2011 #19 | Topic: Website comments Discussion: Phoenix Worlds LP ... Why were you denied AA status? |
| Sept. 29, 2011 #19 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Tournament in Georgetown, TX Just suck it up, Capt Kirk ... Pretend it's the 44/375 ball! |
| Sept. 28, 2011 #19 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Softballs Used at Raleigh, NC Webbie ... Any time I hit a ball over a fence, fair, foul, or otherwise, it's a mistake! ... I have "suffered through" 4 mistakes so far this year! |
| Sept. 27, 2011 #19 | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: Do we need a rule to cover this? As the saying goes, it all evens out in the long run ... Hang in there! |
| Sept. 27, 2011 #19 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Softballs Used at Raleigh, NC Foothills ... Still all boils down to the same thing ... If we aren't hitting rockets, we don't seem to be satisfied. |
| Sept. 27, 2011 #19 | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: Do we need a rule to cover this? Sorry Webbie ... It just isn't life and death ... It's a game ... Enjoy it while you can. Trap calls are very difficult calls to make ... Umpires do the best they can based on distance, angles, sunlight, shadows, line of vision, eyesight, etc ... Just appreciate the fact that someone is there attempting to keep order, and play on. |
| Sept. 27, 2011 #19 | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: Do we need a rule to cover this? Not another rule, Webbie ... Ya get some calls, and you don't get others ... The umpires need educating ... Move on. |
| Sept. 27, 2011 #19 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Vegas 60's AA ? Why didn't you play "just for the fun of it" at a higher level? ... AA??? ... Really??? ... Doesn't pass the smell test! |
| Sept. 27, 2011 #19 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: 70 foot bases As an infielder, I love the 70 foot bases! :-) |
| Sept. 27, 2011 #19 | Topic: Bats Discussion: Made in USA Ultra II We had some guys use it recently ... One guy in particular now wants to sleep with the bat! Doker ... Congrats on learning how to type with the caps lock off! ... LOL |
| Sept. 27, 2011 #19 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Softballs Used at Raleigh, NC Too many of us are just not happy unless we are hitting those "techno-homers". |
| Sept. 23, 2011 #19 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: 52/275 Ball Webbie25 ... I play in central Texas ... We've been in a severe drought for months ... Our fields are much harder than usual ... As an infielder, I have not experienced any bounces from the 52 ball that were out of the ordinary ... What I like about the ball is that it doesn't reward everyone and their sisters with "techno-homeruns" ... However, I have witnessed "the float"... Generally speaking, I like the ball. |
| Sept. 21, 2011 #19 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: 52/275 Ball As an infielder, I have noticed no difference between the 2 balls in question ... Also, it seems that everyone and their brothers can't hit the 52 ball out! ... Not sure where you are coming from Doker. |
