I was somewhat disappointed (although those with at least two functioning brain cells knew the nit-wits would show their lack of class) to see how President Bush was heckled by the far left stooges. Even Jimmy Carter did not deserve that. Hopefully, Conservatives will show class and treat President Obama with respect. Something President Bush never received.

I strongly disagree AZ. The coach is not responsible for some nit wit who cannot wait until after the game to hit the sauce!

I have discovered in twenty years of moving around a ball park, that the knowledge of the game is usually in inverse proportion to the price of the seats. ~Bill Veeck

You are correct. Donald "Duck" Dunn and Steve Cropper went on to fame with the Blues Brothers! Who played both kinds of music; country and western!

OK Dbax, in reference to your Booker T. question. Name the other 2 members of that group. They went off to join a well known band in the 70's-80's.

That's a reference as to how cold it was, and what was needed to get through the night!

Geat posts to the unsung heros of SSoftball. Dissapointing though to read the feminine diatribe of hijacker. Please pull your lower lip up over your forehead and swallow . . . will solve many of your problems!

I someone was injured, I feel for him. Good for you guys to have his thoughts enough to bring up fund raising. But . . . on the other side of the coin, I sure don't miss the continous jaw flappin and crying of SMan. It seemed as if this self-proclaimed no-it-all stuck his nose into business that was not his concern. So, please continue to be quiet . . . makes my day.

Wood, I commend you for handling a volatile person/situation with class. I am still amazed that adults can babble on endlessly about NOTHING! I would expect this senseless crying from a high school student or . . . one who has gone through life flappin his jaws and getting his buttocks kicked – never learning when to quit acting like a horsefly. My money is on the latter!
