Discussion: IF YOU HAD CATARACT SURGERY DONE:

It would probably be best to postpone the surgery until Gary can weigh in on the use of"special lens" for seniors to play softball.

Discussion: Rating issue

750plus you are mis-informed on several items posted. The US Pallet team you refer to is 60 AAA and never ever was a 65 team. Chicago Black 65 disbanded after the TOC in Florida 2008. Those players refered to played AAA and AA ball after Chicago disbanded in 2008. And no there were not 6 players from Bud. Sure would have been nice to have all the players in nunbers mentioned. Milwaukee had several Chicago Black players with them, I see no mention of them. If senior softball had somthing to about this ,it would be drop Chicago Black from the listing since this team is no longer playing and has disbanded.

Discussion: Team Ratings

There has always been favoriteism in the ratings system. It has become who you know in the system to protect you. For example the Winter Nationals, Florida was touted as a non-moving tourney. A Florida team placed first two years in a row in 60's AA and never moved to AAA. We won it as 65's AAA and get moved to Major before we leave to go home. There was approx. 19 winners in 2007 and 13 get moved. What and why prevented the remaining teams from being moved if it supposed to be done fairly across the tourney.
