| Oct. 27, 2007 grydog | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: the umps in Phoenix Check this out. Runner on first, ball hit, runner is called out by the field umpire as he tries to advance to second. The home plate umpire over rules the field umpire, calling him safe. two more runs score after that call. We lose by one run. Our tournament is over. Very unusual that judgement calls are over ruled. grydog |
