I have a solar power bat warmer that holds 8 bats. On sunny days (which doesn't happen to often up here) you can put the bats in there for about 20 minutes, pull them out and hold on to the barrell! Burns your hand in 5 seconds! As for hitting, it absolutely makes a difference! You don't even feel the ball coming off the bat! The one you get up here goes for about $100 Can.Our whole team swears by that bat box!

These worked for me. I wore them in all of my shoes not just softball shoes. I now play and walk without pain but, I continue to wear them. I've recommended these to others and they all had the same positive result. I did also change the insoles to all of my softball shoes to SHOCK DOCTOR insoles and wear them in tandem with the heel seat. (Tanel sells SHOCK DOCTOR).I use the HTP but,I know of a few that bought the GEL as well.

Garocket you are WRONG. The game that Crump is upset about should have never been played. That game should only have been played only if it was DeClaires 5th game. (Most often it is marked as an "if needed" game.)
Declaire played two seeding games. Two games in the winners bracket and loss their 5 game to Smith in their first loser bracket game.
That's their 5gg. Motown should then have played Smith not Declaire.

The Bracket is still live on ISASOFTBALL.com

It won't happen with the five game guarantee either if you have 3 seeding games instead of 2.

TommyC this wasn't a 6 game guarantee it was a 5 game guarantee.
If the team at that point in the bracket had played 5 games then they were out of the tourney weather they had 3 losses or not.
I agree with Crump that rules are always made to fit what this tourney director wants and not what is right.

Players were allowed to play 50 Major and 55 AAA in the same tourney on different teams.Per the ratings index this should never occur no matter who is running the tourney.
Ok'd by this tourney director.

There was a team that showed up with no roster submitted prior to the tourney and was allowed to fill out a roster at the check in table.

Umpires were good

I played there last year as well. One of the best that I played in last year. Well run-good umpires. One of the fields/complex wasn't Yankee Stadium but, it was playable without issue. Playing there this year as well.

HO; The format used in Akron this weekend does not lend itself to my ever playing there again. When a team has no chance of winning on Sunday and teams voluntarily leaving the tourney with games left on the table should open ones eyes that that format needs some restructuring.
