Discussion: Pitching Mask

i like the rip-it mask,as it is metal....it also is very light and has great vision, unlike some of the plastic masks.....also worth makes a pitching helmet which is pretty good.....i found mine on ebay...the rip-it can be found from $35-49....the worth helmet is around $60.....

Discussion: Boombah Turf shoes

mizuno blast are a good combo shoe...they have turf and some larger cleats on the bottom....also they are very light.....you do have to go a .5-1 size up,if you have wide feet tho..........

tanel to me are heavier than most cleats and boombah's seem to not last.......

Discussion: Louisville Senior bat

yep jimmy the Z was not that bad, for the 60-70 swings we put on it before it broke.....

ed/dave,the GSC bat was good also(i hit with cal50)but it just didn't feel right for me..but others were pounding the ball with it,i just swing the reebok better....

ed the barrage you let us swing was by far the best 2-piece bat i have swung, stiff handle,no bending.....but still stuck on the senior melee for me so far....even tho i have a couple of combats in the bag also that i do like......

Discussion: Rules question. Happened at Huntsman

yep stick has it nailed.....but what do you expect from an ump......

second version by stick ...run does not count as the runner going to third is a forced out(he has to go to 3rd)so no run can score.......don't care how long you take to get the force.....

oh webbie,tiggers suck.....GO BOSTON.......

Discussion: Las Vegas Fields and Umpires

dave lets let the pitchers be able to do,fake pumps and any gyration they wish to do to even it out.....do what ever you want batters, but lets be fair and let the pitchers do their thing........oh and includes the height limits lo and hi....we have to pitch to a specfic spot/mat....batter knows where it has to hit.....

Discussion: Hawaii 15" rubber softball

most say to use a heavier bat.....i use 16" balls for practice(to make sure i'm powering thru)....i can hit them about 250' max,but they are great for training.....i use my regular bats,i swing 27/28 oz bats.......also use a 24 oz bat when hitting off a tee with these balls....light bat, heavy ball makes you have to follow thru with force to get any power thru the ball.....
