Discussion: Torn Bicep Tendon

Just found out that I tore my bicep tendon
from the bone in my left elbow. It will not mend on it's own and I need surgery.
Has anyone had this injury/surgery and how has things turned out? How long is the recovery time before playing again? Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

All I know is the Colorado Mudhens beat 4 season's in the finals twice to win the 50's Major. Two great games, it was a lot of fun.

They have not posted anything on the tournament schedule. Don't know why.???

Jawood, I don't know about all the divisions but in the 50M the Colorado Mudhens beat Four Seasons twice in the finals to win that division.

Chuck you sure are welcome. I had to go back and re-read your post cuz I could'nt understand what LP was bringing up the Western Nationals?? Anyway they also play at the Cottonwood Complex which is 45th south and 13th east but I am not sure if any Senior Leagues are going on there. Good luck and nice talking to ya!

Even though I did not know Pinky I want to send my condolences to his family. I'm sure that I have played against him somewhere. Also my condolences to Doubleplay Softball team players and friends.

Texas Trans I stand corrected. The run for sure counts as long as he crosses the plate before the ball gets to 1st base. Thanks for the needed help!

Run does not count. Guy on first did not tag up therefore he is forced out at first which cancels out the run.

Sorry goo I forgot to tell that you would be about 15 minutes away from the Valley or Cottonwood complex, from the Hampton Inn. The other complex's would be about 25 min.

goo1956 I live between the Valley Complex and the Cottonwood Complex, which are two of the four complex's they will be using. There is a Hampton Inn right up the street from me that is only a couple years old. Looks like a nice place. Address is 606 West 4500 South Ph. 1-801-293-1300 it is right off I15 freeway on 4500 South. Hope this helps!
