July 24, 2012 Barry50	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Hamstring Pull Last time I pulled my hamstring, I went in for massage therapy and acupunture, they worked well and got the blood back into the muscles. You need to stretch and keep the scare tissue down on the healing process. All the wintercrest and creams are not going to help heal. Good Luck...

Tim nice to see you again, and playing against you is always a pleasure. Rapid Erectors had some very good games and were lucky enough to come out on top this weekend.
