You just do not get it and you never will. We play because we can and choose to. You do not play tourney ball only run your mouth about the negatives. You take the opposite side of ever discussion.
Nov. 11, 2012 birdie	Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: QUESTION FOR UMPIRES How about a fly ball that is caught in bounds I would think the question relates to that and not a ground ball. If it is caught inbounds it is an out. If the player then ends up out of bounds all runners advance one base. JMO. I am not an ump. Thanks Harry

Sept. 28, 2012 birdie	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Missed opportunity I was at Arroyo sports complex and a player came up to introduce himself and I was in the middle of trying to give out runner up tee shirts for the east west game. I think that his number was 24 or 42 and the team was Master I believe. I finished with my duties and he was gone. I do apologize for the misunderstanding. I looked around but could not find him. Sept. 24, 2012 birdie	Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Bases @ 70' Never played softball in Vegas and was wondering about the 70ft base. Are the infields deep enough so that you do not have to play on the outfield grass unless you wanted to. I have played on fields where the infields were to small and you had to play 3-4 feet on the outfield grass just to be in the right spot. Our team is looking forward to this event 19 teams in the 60 major Friday cannot get here fast enough. See you on the field. Thanks Harry #20 NV FORCE
Sept. 3, 2012 birdie	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: ASA WORLDS AT BURLINGTON Donnie, I do not want to get into a war of words with you about this. This is the first ASA Burlington tourney that we have missed in 11 or 12 years. The reason is why should we play for second place and that is what it amounts to. You keep on recruiting and we will stick with mostly our league players and see how the chips fall. Jaywood I am not sure about the funded part for Turn Two. too many conflicting stories but they do have a great team. The part about not wanting to enter is very true. Thanks Harry # 20 NVFORCE

I think that you should look at this as a great warm up for when you play the west coast 60 major plus teams. You probably have the best 60 team in the country but all you do is whine about playing younger guys. I can see your complaint if you where LOSING but you are not. Aug. 27, 2012 birdie	Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Vegas Worlds Roster rules taits, I agree with you about only picking up players on the original roster. if they did not make the qualifying tourney, why should they be punished. I do not agree with picking up two players. if these players are much better than the existing roster players then they will play. It would be the same as dropping two and picking up two better players. I am totally against that concept. Thanks Harry

This is a big tourney for senior softball and teams would attend no matter where it was held. actually if it was held in Cleveland there would be more teams showing up. It does not surprise me that you went to Mich. being from Ohio, it just fits. Thanks Harry
